The wild birds that you attract to your home are one of your best allies in the fight against garden devouring bugs. Wild birds eat enormous amounts of bugs. With out them bug populations would be out of control... eating every thing in site.

Bugs are an excellent source of protein for adult and baby birds alike. Nature has timed nesting season with most insect hatches... providing adult birds a plentiful bounty for their nestlings.
